The region’s first Academic Community Learning Kitchen spans 1,409 square feet with five stations for hands-on group culinary experiences. Led by Chef Stephanie White, EdD, a chef, educator, and researcher, our Culinary Medicine Program offers evidence-based classes for everyone, making healthy eating practical, delicious, and empowering.

The Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness Studio is a 1,448-square-foot space for up to 274 people, centered around an inlaid labyrinth for reflection and connection. The studio brings the community together through yoga, tai chi, sound immersion, mindfulness meditation, music therapy, and art therapy, supported by partners such as the Chaplaincy and Survivorship programs, to foster whole-person healing.

The Rooftop Healing Garden is a 1,509-square-foot space featuring fresh, healing herbs, basil, mint, rosemary, sage, and lavender, for use in the kitchen. Designed for reflection and group programs such as Nature as Medicine, the Seed to Harvest Program, and Nature-Based Reset Micro-Moments, it promotes nature as a vital part of whole-person wellness while offering a restorative space for respite.

The Osher Wellness Suite offers unique spaces and experiences for events, gatherings, and collaborations that inspire connection, creativity, and well-being. With flexible layouts and capacity for both small groups and larger gatherings, the spaces are ideal for corporate wellness events, team-building experiences, educational workshops, and community partnerships. Meera Rastogi, PhD, APIT/ PSYPACT, ATR-BC, LPAT is a licensed psychologist, board certified and registered art therapist, and psychology professor at the University of Cincinnati, Clermont College. She teaches in the psychology program and directs the University’s Pre-Art Therapy Certificate Program. Dr. Rastogi received the 2023 Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching, the 2021 Faculty Excellence Award for Teaching Outside of the Classroom, and the 2019 Lucille Pederson Hardgrove Exemplary Educator Award from the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Southwest Ohio. She has a secondary appointment with the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation and is an affiliate of the UC Psychology Department. In addition to teaching, Dr. Rastogi runs art therapy groups for people with movement disorders and multiple sclerosis at the University of Cincinnati Gardner Neuroscience Institute and sees individual clients through a telehealth company.
