This immersive sound relaxation experience offers a supportive space to rest deeply and reconnect with the body through soothing, resonant sound. Participants are guided through a sensory-rich journey using therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, flutes, and chimes—inviting relaxation, reflection, and nervous system regulation.
Each session is designed to encourage deep rest and internal awareness, using sound and gentle self-reflection practices to support overall health and well-being. Participants are invited to lie down or sit and rest comfortably while allowing sound vibrations to promote a sense of calm, ease, and restoration.

Instructed by: Led by Sonya Verma, MHSA, MBI, Sound Therapist, E-RYT 1000 Yoga Therapist, and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Sonya brings over 15 years of experience in somatic movement, embodiment, meditation, and bodywork practices, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and multiple yoga traditions.
Who This Class Is ForThis class is open to adults seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and a restorative sensory experience. No prior experience is necessary.
When: Second Tuesday of each month from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend the full session, but are welcome to come and go if needed.

Where: Mind-Body Spirit Wellness Studio located in the Osher Wellness Suite on the 5th Floor of the Blood Cancer Healing Center (3232 Healing Way, Cincinnati, OH 45229) with free, on-site parking available in the attached garage. If entering from the parking garage, enter on Level 1, head straight back past the registration desk to the elevators (on your left). Take the elevators to level 5. Once off the elevators, enter through the double doors and head to the Wellness Studio located to the left, directly behind the Healing Garden.
Bus stop (lines 51, 46, 36) available in front of the building (3229 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati OH 45229). If entering from front of building off of Burnet Ave., head straight past the registration desk and take a left to the elevators (on your left). Take the elevators to level 5. Once off the elevators, enter through the double doors and head to the Wellness Studio located to the left, directly behind the Healing Garden.
Parking: Free garage parking attached to the building (enter off Burnett Ave.) - get a voucher from your instructor.
What You Need: Eye masks, mats, and chairs are provided. Participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or cushions—anything that supports comfort and ease while resting on the floor.
