This beginner-level Tai Chi class offers a supportive, gentle approach to movement that integrates slow, comfortable motions with breathing, mindfulness, and light stretching. The practice emphasizes body awareness, balance, and safe weight transference, making it an accessible and grounding way to support both physical and mental well-being.
Each session is thoughtfully paced and focuses on fluid, intentional movements that promote stability, circulation, and relaxation. Attention to posture and mindful transitions may help reduce the risk of falls while supporting confidence and ease in movement.

Who This Class Is ForThis class is open to adults new to Tai Chi or those seeking a gentle, therapeutic movement practice. No prior experience is required. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, with options provided to support comfort and stability. Seated participants are welcome.
Cost: $5 per virtual class ($22 per 5-class pack discounts class to $4.40 per class)
Class Location: Virtual via Zoom (link emailed the day before class)
What You Need: You will need a computer, phone, or tablet with internet access to join the virtual class and a space for gentle movement with an armless chair close by. Flexible shoes are required.
