At the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center, we know survivorship involves more than your treatment plan. No matter where you are in your cancer journey, we invite you to attend our new Survivorship event series, focused on well-being and community. Cancer patients, survivors and caregivers are invited to join our Survivorship & Supportive Services Program for these free in-person and virtual educational and community-building series to learn how you can improve your quality of life throughout your cancer journey.
Join our Health Wellness Training for Cancer Survivors to cultivate resilience and regain control of your health. Discover effective techniques to manage stress and boost well-being through practices such as breathwork, awareness, mindfulness, visualization and compassion.
Facilitators from Cincinnati Music and Wellness Coalition present a fun group drumming program shown to help strengthen the immune system, reduce stress, improve mood, and promote creativity and bonding. All cancer survivors and their care partners are welcome - no music or drumming experience is necessary!
Are you ready to flourish? Each month, experts from the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center's survivorship program will guide you through one of the six domains of flourishing. Each session will include an educational component and a community-building activity.
