Guided Experience Towards Wellness: Empowering Cancer Survivors
Are you a cancer survivor looking to regain control of your health and cultivate resilience? We invite you to join our Health Wellness Training for Cancer Survivors.
This empowering program is designed to support you in your journey toward a stronger, healthier, and more resilient life. At the core of health resilience training are practices such as breathwork, awareness, mindfulness, visualization, and compassion.
