Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (PAG) interacts collaboratively with multiple other disciplines throughout the medical center and the community. Our team of specialists is nationally recognized for comprehensive medical and surgical management of pediatric and adolescent reproductive health concerns. Our program focuses on the diagnosis, medical and surgical management of female reproductive health problems from infancy through young adulthood.
We are committed to providing family-centered care that treats patients with compassion and respect. Our team works with families to develop a care plan that meets the needs of each child. Our mission is to promote reproductive health, while preserving future fertility, in girls and young women of all ages.
Our team consists of:
A pediatric and adolescent gynecologist is an obstetrician-gynecologist who has devoted her career to the care of children and adolescents. She has completed a residency in an approved Obstetrics and Gynecology program and has completed a formal fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology or has significant experience in caring for a pediatric and adolescent population.
Our gynecologists are highly skilled in treating and managing all gynecologic conditions from the simple to the complex. On average, the number of surgical cases is more than 225 a year.
Our staff’s specialized gynecologic training offers thoughtful approaches to the medical and surgical management of gynecological problems in girls and teens that can have profound consequences on sexual development and future fertility.
We combine innovations in diagnosis and management with an emphasis on optimizing future reproductive potential.
