The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine utilizes the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) format as part of our admissions process. The MMI consists of eight brief interview stations, each focused on a unique scenario designed to assess key skills such as communication, ethics, critical thinking, teamwork, and personal attributes. At each station, you will be evaluated by a different interviewer, offering a comprehensive assessment from multiple perspectives. Detailed information about the MMI can be found online and on our MMI tab. On your interview day, you will also receive a thorough overview of the MMI process before beginning the stations.
