Applicants must meet the admissions requirements of both the College of Medicine and the Graduate Division of the College of Business Administration program.
The Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) and the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) are required for admission to the program. A minimum overall score of 600 is required on the GMAT with at least a score of 39 (70th percentile) on the quantitative portion.
Applicants should have successfully completed at least one college level course in calculus.
Students may apply to the dual degree program at several points during the medical school educational program. Students currently enrolled in medical school may apply directly to the Graduate Division of the College of Business Administration.
Simultaneous notification should be provided to the Associate Dean for Medical Education.
If there are concerns about the student's performance in medical school, the appropriate College of Medicine Promotion Board will determine the suitability of the candidate for the dual degree program.
Entry into the dual degree program requires approval of the College of Medicine and the Graduate Division of the College of Business Administration.
