The UC Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism is advancing the care of patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
Physicians from the division provide consultative and outpatient services for patients with endocrine disorders through UC Health and its UC Diabetes and Endocrinology Institute.
The team provides inpatient care at UC Health University of Cincinnati Medical Center, West Chester Hospital and the Cincinnati Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center. In addition, endocrinology staff supervise a hospital-wide program in diabetes management for inpatients.
Outpatient activities are provided at specific endocrine and diabetes clinics at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, UC Health Physicians Offices in Clifton, Midtown, West Chester and Florence, KY.
These clinics provide expert diagnosis and management for patients with diseases of the thyroid, pituitary, adrenal and reproductive glands, as well as diabetes and neuroendocrine tumors.
