Fellows attend continuity clinic 2 days every other week. The week-on is when the fellow is not the ‘primary’ fellow in the cath lab. The clinic takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Medical Arts Building.
The cardiovascular diseases division conducts active molecular, translational and clinical research. Ongoing trials involving all aspects of research are currently being conducted at University Hospital. All fellows are expected to active participate these trials.
Fellow participation includes patient evaluation, patient screening, patient enrollment, performance of procedure, patient follow-up, analysis and compilation of data, follow-up of patients, manuscript preparation and presentation of findings at research/clinical meetings.
