  • Discover how to eat well and spend less in this virtual workshop. We’ll explore how to plan balanced meals, shop strategically, and cook efficiently—all while keeping your grocery bill in check. Learn to turn simple, affordable ingredients into satisfying dishes, avoid food waste, and build confidence in the kitchen. This session is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy healthy, tasty meals on a budget. Participants will receive digital resources, including a shopping list prior to the session, if you would like to cook along with Chef Stephanie during the class.
