Group Empowerment Drumming for Survivors’ Wellness (No-Cost, In-Person)

Group Empowerment Drumming for Survivors’ Wellness offers a supportive, energizing group experience designed to foster connection, creativity, and emotional well-being through rhythm and music. Using the evidence-based HealthRHYTHMS® approach, participants engage in guided group drumming as a way to support healing, resilience, and shared experience.

Each session invites participants to take part in accessible, fun, and inclusive drumming activities that encourage stress reduction, mood enhancement, and social bonding. No musical experience is required, the focus is on participation, expression, and connection rather than performance.

Through regular participation, Group Empowerment Drumming may support:

  • Stress management and emotional release
  • Improved mood and energy
  • Immune system support
  • Creativity and self-expression
  • Connection and community among survivors
