Gentle Yoga (In-Person)

This class offers a supportive space to build strength, improve flexibility and posture, and soothe the mind through mindful movement and breath. Designed to support both physical and mental well-being, this class emphasizes safety, accessibility, and intentional practice.

Each session includes guided yoga-based movements, breathing practices, and moments of rest to help improve balance, focus, and overall body awareness.
