The University of Cincinnati Cancer Center and the Cancer Survivorship team are providing a free symposium featuring several UC faculty members and four incredible keynote presentations.

Objectives:

  • Describe potential populations that may experience survivorship disparities in care.
  • Explain interventions in survivorship care that may reduce disparities in care.
  • Describe current research on disparity of care within survivorship in addition to gaps in research.
  • Define the concept of "Learning Health Care System" and its application to survivorship care.
  • Explore the role of design thinking in bridging research and clinical care for oncology survivors.
