Categorical Psychiatry Residency

The Categorical Psychiatry Residency at UCMC is a four year, ACGME accredited residency program that you can match into after completing medical school.  This is the core program but during the four years you will be train with residents in our two combined training programs as well.  We offer training opportunities in almost any type of psychiatric setting available.  We have a unique confluence of world class training facilities and renown faculty.

The Lindner Center of HOPE is located on 36 acres in a secluded, peaceful setting in Mason, Ohio, and is a partnership with UC Health. The center features 64 beds and offers both short-term, hospital-based inpatient services and longer-term, private, voluntary live-in-services, along with seamless outpatient services, including psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, education, rehabilitation and expert consultations.
