Move MORE with Victoria Morgan

MoveMORE is an energizing, full-body movement class designed to build strength, improve balance, and increase confidence through accessible, enjoyable movement. Led by Victoria Morgan, former Artistic Director of Cincinnati Ballet, this class blends foundational fitness with elements of rhythm, coordination, and light cardiovascular activity in a supportive and engaging environment. Each one-hour session begins with gentle stretching and mobility work, followed by balance and strength-building exercises to support stability and ease in everyday movement. As the class progresses, participants are invited into simple, low-impact aerobic movement, such as brisk walking, light jogging, turning, and flowing, dance-inspired patterns like waltzing, encouraging both physical vitality and a sense of joy in motion. The class is thoughtfully paced and adaptable, with an emphasis on moving in ways that feel safe, sustainable, and personally rewarding.

Instructor: Led by Victoria Morgan, former Artistic Director of Cincinnati Ballet, where she served for 25 years. A visionary leader, choreographer, and former principal dancer with San Francisco Ballet and Ballet West, Victoria brings a wealth of experience in movement, artistry, and human expression. Her teaching style is engaging, encouraging, and deeply attuned to helping individuals move with confidence and joy.

Who This Class Is For
MoveMORE is open to adults of all experience levels who are looking for a fun, supportive way to stay active and build strength and balance. No dance or fitness background is required; participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and comfort level.

Cost: Sliding Scale Fee
Per Class: $5 Community Care, $10 Sustainer, $15 Supporter
Per 5-Class Pack: $22 Community Care ($4.40/class), $45 Sustainer ($9/class), $70 Supporter ($14/class)

Class Location: Mind-Body Spirit Wellness Studio located in the Osher Wellness Suite on the 5th Floor of the Blood Cancer Healing Center (3232 Healing Way, Cincinnati, OH 45229) with free, on-site parking available in the attached garage. If entering from the parking garage, enter on Level 1, head straight back past the registration desk to the elevators (on your left). Take the elevators to level 5. Once off the elevators, enter through the double doors and head to the Wellness Studio located to the left, directly behind the Healing Garden.

Bus stop (lines 51, 46, 36) available in front of the building (3229 Burnet Ave, Cincinnati OH 45229).
