DESCRIPTION:MoveMORE is an energizing\, full-body movement class designed t

 sible\, enjoyable movement. Led by Victoria Morgan\, former Artistic Direc
 tor of Cincinnati Ballet\, this class blends foundational fitness with ele
 ments of rhythm\, coordination\, and light cardiovascular activity in a su
 pportive and engaging environment. Each one-hour session begins with gentl
 e stretching and mobility work\, followed by balance and strength-building
  exercises to support stability and ease in everyday movement. As the clas
 s progresses\, participants are invited into simple\, low-impact aerobic m
 ovement\, such as brisk walking\, light jogging\, turning\, and flowing\, 
 dance-inspired patterns like waltzing\, encouraging both physical vitality
  and a sense of joy in motion. The class is thoughtfully paced and adaptab
